RESULTS

The three-day annual mega-fest  One India One World 2019  concluded on the 30 th  of March at  Lovely Professional University . While bidding adieu at the fest of the year, the university’s Chancellor Mr. Ashok Mittal wished best wishes to thousands of LPU’s student-participants and on-lookers and invoked them all to prove to be the best global students from great learning from the fest. The results were the most awaited by everyone on that day. The evening was all lit up. The participants had a unique kind of enthusiasm on their faces, though their hard work had caused them enough fatigue. EVERY PART OF AFRICA PRESENT

TANZANIA The school of architecture and design represented Tanzania at its best. The stall was huge & outside it was an idol of a giraffe & a big Tanzanian mask the entry of the gate. Inside there was the idol of a Baobab tree, replicas of vending machines,  a replica of bicycle operated mobile charger invented there and a great city vision for near future  showing that they are true architects. DR CONGO The school of hotel management and tourism presented the second largest country in entire Africa: the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The coordinators presented the inventions from the Congo such as  easy incubators, tablet computers, robocop, Ebola vaccine, mercy tape, etc. ETHIOPIA A country full of ancient cultures was represented by the school of journalism and film production . ONE WORLD - ONE OF A KIND EVENT

As evident from its name, ‘One World’ is an event that manifests the oneness of the world and depicts that despite the huge diversity in the world, we all are the same at our hearts. These two days, 21st and 22nd November will fill the campus with vibrancy and splendor with students depicting the cultures and festivities of different nations of the world. All these students will come together to show that boundaries and cultures might classify us, but in the end, love and humanity unite us all. Besides spreading the message of peace and unity, this cultural extravaganza gives us a lot more to learn. ONE WORLD A GLIMPSE

Propagating international oneness among thousands of students, LPU concluded its 6th annual international festival “One World”. Day-2 of the fest strengthened the international spirit, understanding, and bonds of oneness at LPU Campus. At one venue of the fest, students enjoyed typical dances and songs of different countries; whereas, on others, they relished international foods. Special exhibitions included monuments, archaeological objects, architectural designs, wildlife, landscapes, geological supremacies, antique acquirements, cultural and allied art and other dominances of different countries. Displays about women leaders, patriots, saints, sports-women and their world-renowned ideologies added luster to the celebration. International dance forms were another big attraction on day-2 of the fest.
